aerobic physical activity,
an equivalent combination of moderate- and
vigorous-intensity activity.
muscle-strengthening activities at moderate or
greater intensity that involve all major muscle groups on 2

Adults who are 65 or older and have poor mobility should additionally
perform veried multicomponent physical activity that emphasizes
functional balance and strangth training at moderate or greater
intensity to enhance functional capacity and prevent falls on 3
or more days per week.
